| The FPL is identical to the GNU Common Public License, Version 2, execpt that alle uppercase sentences have been converted to normal lowercase words with only capital letters at the beginning of a sentence.
It is my hope, that Swiss lawyers are (still) resonable enough to abstain of this silly habit to write important parts of a contract with uppercase letters. IN MY OPINION UPPERCASE TEXT IS ONLY HARD TO READ AND AN AFFRONT TO THE COMMON SENSE. I'm nevertheless interested, why some lawyers started with that idiotic idea. | |||
